A few use cases I can think of is in companies where they need to scan a large bunch of documents and go through them. Though if 100% accuracy you are looking for, this might not be good.

For example. comapy policies, HR policies, they can be quikcly looked up. Even better Chatbots for customers. Again it all depends on how well your data is structured and based upon that the reliability of the sytem will be decided.

Other use cases might be even in education, going through research papers and stuff.
